This Monday We posted a post regarding Mental Health and we also promised to post short posts/notes related to this every Thursday to remind you to take care of your Mental well being!

So here we are!!

Self talk!

You do this!! No , don’t try to deny it!!!

Everyone does this!!

I agree many a times it is involuntarily , but we do!!!

Self talk is good!!

But positive self talk is

Not negative self talk!!!

Words have Power !

They are powerful!!

If you keep saying negative things to your brain it would start believing them!!!

So feed your brain positivity!!!

Stop Negative Self talk!!

Here are some examples of Negative Self talk!!

If you say these….then stop from now!!!

I can’t do it /anything!

I’m Worthless!

I’m useless!

No-one loves me!

I always mess up!

I won’t be able to do this!

What if everything went wrong?! It always does when I don’t want it to!!

I’m fat!

I’m ugly!!

And many more such things you might say to yourself….. Don’t!

You are Beautiful!

You are Worthy!!

You Can Do it!!

People Need you!!

Your Loved ones Love you!!( And if you still think they don’t!…. Then we will!!!…Talk to us!!!…but believe me I’m sure they love you!)

Everything goes right when I want it to!!!!

So Remember to talk positive!!!
